Trick Shots
One way to help your player develop their kinesthetic sense and have fun at the same time is to let your team members learn how to hit shots behind their back, or between their legs.
These types of drills are not only fun, but actually may be necessary during a match.
These shots are not often used during matches, not because they are difficult, but because they are seldom, if ever practiced. If your players can learn to make these shots at the high school level, not only will they be able to get out of some difficult situations, but they will definitely psyche out their opponents.
Below are some simple progressions your team can use to learn a few new trick shots.
