...Recommendations and guidelines for planning a season of drills and practices using a three-stage plan.
3:15-4:00 -- Singles and Doubles Strategies*
...A review of fundamental strategies and tactics, based on match-play statistics. Includes drills for teaching tactics.
4:15-5:00 -- Conditioning, Injury Treatment and Prevention*
...Suggestions for team fitness and footwork workouts. An overview of common injuries and recommendations for preventing and treating them.
