Using Personal Evaluation Forms
If you want to get better, t's important to meet with your coach at the beginning of the season to develop a personal plan, based on YOUR strengths, weaknesses and the goals YOU want to reach.
One way to help your coach help you i s to fill out a self-evaluation form, which lets you look at your strengths and weaknesses in such areas as stroke skills, mental toughness, conditioning, tactics, etc.
